All Parish Councils have 'Actions' which are usually generated in the meetings.  It is best practice to keep a log of all the actions so all Councillors and the residents can see the progress that has been made.

They are split into 3 categories:

• Open means they are to be started on
• In Progress means they have begun to be actioned but are not yet complete
• Closed means that have been completed

In our meetings the 'Action Log' will be viewed and updated where possible and the Clerk will be able to give a summary of the work that has been carried out.
